Summer Laze
Summerlaze nestles peacefully in a corner of the orchard on a small working
farm. Sit on the sunny private patio and watch the newborn lambs playing and the
Red Kites circling above. Centrally
heated and double glazed it provides a large and comfortable living area that
has been finished to a high standard. Situated only a few miles from Llangrannog
and New-Quay with the notorious
‘smugglers cove’ at Cwmtyddu a 5 minute drive away.
Accommodation comprises of two single bedrooms with full size beds (duvets
supplied) with a shared bathroom & seperate shower. One double with king size
bed en-suite with bathroom & seperate shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of
storage for clothes with a hairdryer in the double en-suite. The large kitchen
is open plan with a very comfortable living area, a large fridge-freezer, full
size gas cooker with extractor fan with oven, grill and four ring gas hobs.
Fully equipped and including a microwave, cordless electric kettle and toaster.
The dining area has four comfortable chairs and table with pull out leaves for
more room. The living area has a comfortable L-shaped settee and an occasional
table with central rug and a freeview flat screen television with DVD player.
Summerlaze is approached by its own drive off the farm lane and can
be accessed easily as there are no steps.There is a large area of gravel for parking and turning.A patio area with garden seat and
parosol for four to sit and eat comfortably and a large safe area of grass for
children to play.
